KF Aerospace was pleased to welcome The Honourable Nolan Quinn, Ontario's Minister of Colleges, Universities, Research Excellence and Security, to our Hamilton base on July 29 for a tour highlighting the future of aircraft maintenance and the value of industry-education partnerships. 

Hosted alongside our partners at Mohawk College, the visit provided an opportunity to showcase the hands-on learning environment that prepares the next generation of Aircraft Maintenance Engineers. Throughout the tour, Minister Quinn met students working directly on aircraft and engines, visited the painting, structures and interiors shops, explored the simulator facilities, and saw firsthand how classroom learning is integrated with real-world aircraft maintenance.

The visit also highlighted the strength of the long-standing partnership between KF Aerospace and Mohawk College. Many of the KF Aerospace team members the Minister met throughout the tour are Mohawk graduates, demonstrating the success of a collaborative approach that connects education directly to meaningful careers in aviation.
